Не особо рублю в настройках сервера, поэтому был жестко... ну в общем, были проблемы с этой командой.
Первый запуск.
Результат:
Admin Process: Received the following error performing a Check Access for Non-cluster Move Replica request on ТЕСТ1!!DVL (File name: wfs\dvl\TestBelovDVL.nsf; Name: MopSrv01/IFDK): The destination server of a Create or Move Replica action needs Reader access to the database.
Оказалось, в базе сервак не был прописан; по ошибке кто-то запихнул просто MOP.
Второй запуск.
Admin Process: Received the following error performing a Non Cluster Move Replica request on ТЕСТ1!!DVL (File name: names.nsf; Name: MopSrv01/IFDK): Both the signer and the author of a Create or Move Replica action must have Create Replica databases privileges on the destination server.
Наш админ дал мне доступ на серваке реплику создавать.
3-й запуск.

Админ перезапускает административный процесс, который менял.
4-й запуск.

На самом деле это был не 4-й запуск, а 9-й наверно. Пока бьюсь, не пойму что за лажа. Кто знает или?
