файлы names.nsf нашел, только вкладки адвансет не нашел незнаю почему. было два файла в техже папка что и тогда.

Там не вкладка, а пункт слева. Файл в директории данных клиента. На форуме уже были темы по настройке соединения, поищите.
По домену вы правильно указали LOCALHOST. Просто обычно имя домена и имя организации делают одинаковыми, чтобы не путаться.

INJENER-BKT и pgu - скорее всего не совпадают имя хоста и имя сервера домино, поэтому клиент по сети не может имя в адрес разрешить, прописывайте в файле hosts или в ДНС. Если никогда не занимались серверами домино - сначала почитайте книжку по администрированию, например Киркленда или какой нибудь учебный курс. Поищите в интернете, система достаточно объемная, методом тыка не настраивается.
Также похоже настройки интернет имени кривые и возможно имя доминошного домена.
Домены домино, интернет домены и виндоус домены никак не связаны.
На сообщение службы доменного мониторинга не обращайте внимания, она тут совсем ни при чем, это просто информация что её не настраивали.
