Question
In Lotus Domino®, you want to move a user to a new certifier using Rename --> Move to New Certifier. You issue the administration request (adminp), "Initiate rename in Domino Directory", but the task fails with the following error message:
"The name of the authority issuing the Name Change Request is not allowed to make that request."
Cause
This user was being recertified with a new certifier's cert.id.
Answer
In this case, recertify the user with the current certifier. Then process the adminp request, "Recertify person in Domino Directory". When the task completes, initiate the Rename --> Move to New Certifier request again.

ну да было такое, "лупанул" я разок эту учетку через cert.id.
