Network operation did not complete in a reasonable amount of time

Добрый день.
Обратились ко мне с проблемой дико медленной работы СЭД.
При открытии любой БД клиент подвисает минут на 10-20 и БД открывается или появляется сообщение "Network operation did not complete in a reasonable amount of time".
Делал fixup, compact. удалял индексы и создавал новые но думаю проблема не в этом.
В manage view при нажатии кнопки Purge так же появляется сообщение "Network operation did not complete in a reasonable amount of time"

Просьба посоветовать в чем может быть проблема. Индекс доступности сервера 75. Один сервер(не кластер)
